Catherine Zeta Jones is set to return to her roots by starring in a Welsh comedy. The Welsh beauty is reportedly in talks to star in 'Bridge of Lies' - a humorous story of Welsh villagers struggling to put on a production of Macbeth, after blowing their theatre grant on champagne and sex. Producers hope Catherine appearing in the project will help boost the film's popularity. A source said: "We are looking for a role for Catherine. Obviously, someone like Zeta Jones would be a big boost for us. She is reading the script as we speak."The 'Mask of Zorro' actress - who is married to Michael Douglas - is said to be so keen on the project, she has agreed to accept a share of the film's profits as opposed to a set fee. The film - set in the South Walian valleys - has been written by Steve Spiers, who also penned the 'Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest'.Spiers is hoping the film will, "do for Wales what 'The Full Monty' did for Sheffield".
