Maggie Gyllenhaal and her fiancé, Peter Sarsgaard, have welcomed their first child, according to People Magazine. The baby girl, who was born Tuesday afternoon in a New York City hospital, and is named Ramona. The couple have been together for more than four years. Maggie is the sister of Hunky actor Jake Gyllenhaal and at last report, the Paparazzi have the hospital staked out !
