PARIS HILTON AND SHANNA MOAKLER BOTH FILE POLICE REPORTS
More drama for Paris Hilton who was allegedly socked on the jaw by jealous reality TV drama queen Shanna Moakler early yesterday morning in Tinseltown hotspot Hyde. Moakler was apparently still pissed about a kiss between the hotel heir and Shanna’s estranged hubby, ugly and gross Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker some months back. The tatooed rocker filed for divorce from the just-axed “Dancing With the Stars” contestant back in August, setting off a stream of ugly accusations of infidelity on both party’s mySpace.com Web pages.
According to the slut's, I mean Hilton’s police report, Moakler approached her at the club, “used the most vile of language” and then punched her. Elliot Mintz, the 25-year-old socialite’s rep, told TMZ that Moakler continued to shout profanities at his client but Hilton never retaliated. However, Hilton’s on-off boyfriend, Stavros Niarchos allegedly intervened and - according to Moakler’s report - bent the actress’ wrists, poured a drink over her head and shoved her down some stairs. Both “The Simple Life” star and the 31-year-old mother of three filed reports alleging battery. Sources in Hilton’s camp allege that the catfight was not the first threatening behavior Moakler has exhibited toward the controversy-craving celebutante. They claim the soon-to-be-ex-Mrs. Barker had recently left “menacing” phone messages on Hilton’s answering machine. “I would encourage Paris, with the consent of her attorney, to seek a restaining order against Moakler to prevent any escalation of this irrational and dangerous behavior.” Mintz told Tmz.com.
