MARIAH CAREY IS GOING TO COURT

Mariah Carey's production company suing concert promoter One Group Investments Private Ltd. for breach of contract, asking for $1 million to reimburse her for expenses she incurred while prepping for a Hong Kong concert that got canceled. One Group said it nixed the performance due to poor advance ticket sales and the singer's "unreasonable demands." A million does buy a lot of Evian.
