Emma Bunton is considering adopting - if she can't have children of her own.The former Spice Girl wants to start a family with her long-term boyfriend Jade Jones but is worried she won't be able to conceive because of medical problems. In 2000, Emma had to have pre-cancerous cells removed from her cervix. Shortly after, she discovered she had endometriosis, a condition which causes the lining of the womb to come away and makes it difficult for the sufferer to fall pregnant. Although the singer is hopeful she will conceive, she and Jade are ready to follow in the footsteps of Madonna and Angelina Jolie and give a home to an underprivileged child. She said: "I'd like to have a baby soon. Maybe in the next few years. I get broody. My endometriosis is still a worry. But I've learned from people around me to be positive. Of the people I know with it, 90 per cent have gone on to have children."Obviously I'd like to try for my own first. But I would be open to adoption."Emma released her new album 'Life In Mono' this week and has revealed it is her most honest record to date. The blonde star - who is currently appearing on British ballroom dancing show 'Strictly Come Dancing' - sings about her relationship with Jade, her love for her nephew and turning 30, and admits it felt strange listening back to the LP. She said: "It's not until I listened to it over that I thought, 'Oh my God! I said that on there! It's like when you write a diary and put everything in it but when you read it back, you're shocked by how honest you were. At the time I was writing and I sort of forgot that people would listen to it so I wasn't self conscious."
