GOLD DIGGER HEATHER MILLS STILL AT IT

Heather Mills has been filming inside the London home she shared with estranged husband Sir Paul McCartney.The former model headed to the 10 million Swiss Cottage mansion and spent two hours there, after meeting her divorce lawyers. Heather, 38, videoed the contents of every room with her hand held camera before leaving with two suitcases filled with clothes. A source told Britain's News of the World newspaper: "It was weird. All the lights were on and she could clearly be seen videoing everything."The footage is rumored to be for use during the upcoming divorce battle, but a spokesperson for Heather says the former model was filming the paparazzi following her. Back in August, Heather arrived at the North London mansion to find all the locks had been changed. It was reported last week that Heather is seeking occupancy of the matrimonial home in the divorce settlement. She was photographed on November 28 holding handwritten notes which said: "I'm seeking an order for occupation of the matrimonial home."The notes also asked for "unlimited access" to the house until the divorce is finalised. Lawyers have said Heather could force Paul out of the property if she can prove her claims of domestic violence. In leaked divorce papers she claims Paul was violent towards her, and also drank and took drugs excessively. Sir Paul, 64, filed for divorce in July after four years of marriage, citing Heather's "unreasonable behaviour".Meanwhile, Heather is reportedly desperate to appear on Oprah Winfrey's chat show to reveal all about her marriage to the Beatles legend. A source revealed: "Heather loves Oprah and she thinks she would allow her to tell her side of the story. She doesn't want to be seen as the villain in this divorce and believes Oprah will be sympathetic."
