DRUGGIE KATE MOSS DENIES PRESS REPORTS ON MARRIAGE TO ADDICT PETE DOHERTY

Supermodel druggie Kate Moss denied press reports that she had tied the knot on a Thai beach with singer Pete Doherty, the drug-taking 'Babyshambles' singer. "Contrary to various entirely false media reports, there has not been any kind of marriage ceremony in Thailand. She is on holiday," Moss's spokesman Stuart Higgins said in London. A number of British tabloids reported that Moss, 32, and the frontman of the group Babyshambles, 27, "married" during a New Year break on the island of Phuket. The couple were photographed celebrating with champagne at a beach villa. They were reported to have attended a party thrown by tycoon socialite David Tang during their holiday. Moss, who has a four-year-old daughter, was pictured barefoot in a silver dress, while Doherty wore a black suit and his trademark matching trilby hat. It was reported that they had undertaken a 30-minute ceremony to formalize their relationship. Wedding services including Buddhist prayers, the pouring of blessed water and entwining of flower garlands are popular among visitors to Thailand, but they are not legally recognized in Britain.
