SYLVESTER STALLONE CHARGED FOR DRUGS

Sylvester Stallone has been charged with illegally taking a performance enhancing drug into Australia.The 'Rocky' star was not present when he received the charge of importing a banned substance in a Sydney court today. The case was adjourned until April 24 when the 60-year-old's legal representatives will be asked to enter a plea. Stallone and his entourage were stopped at Sydney airport on February 16 when they flew in to promote his latest film 'Rocky Balboa'. Members of the party were found to be carrying vials of muscle enhancing Human Growth Hormone which was seized by authorities. Human Growth Hormone can't be imported to Australia without a permit from the Therapeutic Goods Administration.The actor's hotel room and private jet were searched on February 19, before he was permitted to leave the country.The maximum penalty for illegally importing the growth hormone into Australia is a fine of $86,000 and five years in prison.The 'Rambo' star is unlikely to face the maximum penalty, but could receive a heavy fine.

Nicole, 39, said: "I don't know if I'll actually have to do that, but it's best to be prepared."The role will see Nicole - who married US country singer Keith Urban last year - return to her roots as much of the story is set in the Australian outback. 'Cold Mountain' star Nicole was born in Hawaii to Australian parents. Her family moved back to Australia when Nicole was four.The actress will star alongside Hugh Jackman, who plays a cattle baron and Nicole's love interest.

Kate Hudson and Owen Wilson are going public with their recently rekindled romance and have been photographed kissing and holding hands in Australia. The once camera-shy couple are have been regularly seen out together since Wilson flew in to be with Hudson on Valentine's Day. A source close to the pair tells People magazine, "They're in a relationship. They're in a happy place." The celebrity couple have been staying at the posh Palazzo Versace hotel on Queensland's Gold Coast while Hudson films the adventure film "Fool's Gold" with Matthew McConaughey. Hudson split with husband Chris Robinson last August amid rumors she had become close to her "You, Me and Dupree" co-star Wilson. The source adds, "They're having fun and they really care for each other."
