Pete Doherty says his friends "have had enough" of him being a drug addict. Speaking after a court appearance yesterday the Babyshambles frontman confessed he could lose the people closest to him if he does not kick his habit once and for all. Pete - who is engaged to supermodel Kate Moss - said: "The people I'm closest to have had enough. They've said it's drugs or them. A lot has changed in the past week."The 28-year-old rocker did not divulge whether his comments specifically related to Kate.The supermodel is said to have previously warned Pete that she would never marry him unless he stop using heroin and crack cocaine. Earlier this month, Pete confirmed the couple were engaged by publicly referring to Kate as his fiancée at a concert. Pete - who has had numerous court appearances for drugs-related offences - was praised by the judge for his commitment to stop using drugs.The rocker - who turned up at Thames Magistrates' Court 30 minutes late - admitted he was not free of drugs yet, but insisted he was determined to get clean. He said: "I'm quite keen to show a negative test as soon as possible really."District Judge Jane McIvor said: "There's no obligation for you to turn up to the reviews. The fact you've turned up shows cooperation, more than cooperation, and there is no risk of you breaching this order."

ICE CUBES THROWN AT KATE MOSS

Kate Moss reportedly stormed out of her friend's birthday party after being struck on the forehead by an ice-cube.The supermodel was celebrating party planner Fran Cutler's 44th birthday with a group of pals at London's Wardour Club when a playful ice fight brokeout. However, the mood darkened when Kate was hit on the head by a flying lump of ice leaving a huge bump.The culprit was believed to be a member of British rock group Kasabian. One onlooker said: "Kate thought the ice fight was hilarious at first but when one bit of ice hit her really hard her mood changed. She was furious and left."Earlier in the evening, it was claimed Kate, 33, had a row with security at the club after they sent boyfriend Pete Doherty to the back of the queue.The hell-raising star had reportedly been rude to the doormen and they refused to give him VIP treatment. A source said: "Kate was fuming. She told the doormen to let him in straight away. But they refused, saying he would have to wait. It was really embarrassing."Meanwhile, Kate's new clothing range for Top Shop has been panned by American critics. While photographer Larry Birkhead was officially pronounced the biological father of Anna Nicole Smith's baby Dannielynn, he might face subsequent legal battles over her custody. However, Anna's late partner Howard K. Stern has made clear he will not challenge Birkhead and he's "going to do whatever [he] can to make sure that he (Larry) gets sole custody." TMZ reported that Birkhead took Stern up on his offer to "spend as much time with [Dannielynn] as he wants to right now," logging several quality father-daughter hours at Stern's Bahamian home on Tuesday night.This leaves only Anna's estranged mother Virgie Arthur as the only possible challenger of Birkhead's rightful custody. However, he's not willing to compromise, and she stands slim chances of winning.Virgie Arthur, Smith’s estranged mother, who wanted to bury her in Texas, after Smith suddenly passed away on February 8, filed paperwork last week asking to be named the child's guardian."All I care about and all I ever cared about is the safety and well-being of my little granddaughter, Dannielynn," Arthur said. Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are buying a $140 million yacht.The Hollywood couple are said to be splashing out the enormous sum on a luxury 240 ft-long three-deck yacht, which they have reportedly ordered from a company near Rome. Brad and Angelina will have a choice of six suite bedrooms on board the lavish ship, decorated with marble and gold fittings. The mega-yacht will also boast a helicopter pad, swimming pool and gym.Boat builder Mario La Via confirmed the Privilege Yard near the Italian capital had received an order for the luxury vessel, but refused to say whether the prospective owners were Brad and Angelina.
