Sylvester Stallone has been charged with illegally taking a performance enhancing drug into Australia.The 'Rocky' star was not present when he received the charge of importing a banned substance in a Sydney court today. The case was adjourned until April 24 when the 60-year-old's legal representatives will be asked to enter a plea. Stallone and his entourage were stopped at Sydney airport on February 16 when they flew in to promote his latest film 'Rocky Balboa'. Members of the party were found to be carrying vials of muscle enhancing Human Growth Hormone which was seized by authorities. According to Sloane Zelnik, the 20-year-old starlet, who checked into the Wonderland Center in Los Angeles' Laurel Canyon neighborhood Jan. 18, had been spending most of her days on the set of her latest film, the thriller I Know Who Killed Me, and then returning to the treatment facility at night, reports E! Online . Lohan checked herself into rehab in early January days after reports surfaced she passed out at a post-Golden Globes soiree, a report at Access Hollywood reveals. In early 2004, an 18-year-old Lindsay denied any drug use. "People are going to think I'm this crazy girl and everything and they've said I've danced on tables and everything. Nicole Richie was charged Friday with misdemeanor driving under the influence. In addition to the single count, the case contains an allegation that Richie had a prior misdemeanor DUI conviction in June 2003, the Los Angeles County district attorney's office said. The California vehicle code specifies that if convicted of DUI twice within 10 years, a person can be sentenced to between 90 days and a year in jail, fined between $390 and $1,000, and have driving privileges suspended. The complaint alleges Richie was under the influence of an alcoholic beverage and an unspecified drug when she was arrested Dec. 11, said prosecution spokeswoman Sandi Gibbons. Arraignment was scheduled for Feb. 21 in suburban Glendale Superior Court. Richie, who starred in the TV reality show "The Simple Life" with Paris Hilton, does not have to appear because it is a misdemeanor case. Telephone messages seeking comment from Richie's publicist Nicole Perna were not immediately returned. Richie, 25, was arrested Dec. 11 after 911 callers reported her car headed the wrong way on a freeway in Burbank about 12:30 a.m. She was found alone in her SUV, stopped in a car-pool lane.

Some anti-depressants can cause heart problems after surgery. Valium can cause respiratory problems."If an unfit person has surgery and takes drugs, it's possible they would have complications."Anna Nicole was found dying in her room at Hollywood's Seminole Hard Rock and Casino Hotel on Thursday. No large amounts of medication were found in her stomach, but it could take up to five weeks to determine if drugs aided her death. Anna Nicole fled to the Bahamas last year and was granted residency status, before giving birth. It was claimed Gibson fast tracked Anna Nicole's residency, meaning Dannielynn was a Bahamian citizen and could escape the paternity battle in the US. Photographer Larry Birkhead filed a lawsuit claiming he fathered Dannielynn during a two-year affair. However, Howard K Stern - Anna Nicole's lawyer and lover - is named as Dannielynn's father on her birth certificate.The paternity battle was thrown into further controversy when Anna Nicole's sister, Donna Hogan, claimed her sibling's dead husband, billionaire J.Howard Marshall could be the father. Robbie Williams has been admitted to rehab for addiction to prescription drugs on his 33rd birthday.The 'Rudebox' singer checked into a US facility, but it is not yet known where the centre is or what drugs he has become dependent on. His spokesperson Bryony Watts said: "Robbie Williams has today been admitted into a treatment centre in America for his dependency on prescription drugs.There will be no further comment on this matter."The announcement comes just months after Robbie cancelled his Asian tour in September citing stress and exhaustion. Robbie previously checked into rehab to be treated for drug use and alcoholism shortly after he quit Take That in 1995. Afterwards, the singer admitted his substance abuse was so bad his friend Sir Elton John had to"kidnap" him, take him to his home and force him into rehab. Robbie's decision comes on the eve of the BRIT Awards - at which Take That and long-term rival Oasis are set to be honoured. A warrant for the arrest of actor Daniel Baldwin has been issued after he failed to show up in court Tuesday morning to face grand theft auto charges. Baldwin was scheduled to appear in Orange County Superior Court to answer charges he stole a vehicle last November and drove it to Santa Monica, Calif. The Orange County District Attorney filed charges of unlawful taking of a vehicle and receiving stolen property. Baldwin was supposed to appear for his arraignment but failed to show. Following his car theft arrest in November, police conducted a search of his motel room and allegedly found narcotics and paraphernalia. Baldwin was also booked on charges of possessing illegal drugs and released on $20,000 bail, according to TMZ.com.

The newspaper reports, friends of the 32-year-old model, Miss Moss has been advised to 'distance herself' from the Babyshambles star. It follows the publication of pictures showing the bare-chested drug addict 'shooting up' in a grubby Thai backpackers' hostel. They were allegedly taken two days after the couple exchanged rings during a New Year's Day 'commitment ceremony' on Phuket. According to reports that first appeared in The Sun, Doherty, 27, had left the exclusive resort where they were staying to seek out drugs. He was recognised by an Australian fan who invited him back to her room with her and two female friends. Once there, Doherty was filmed injecting himself on a bed strewn with drugs paraphernalia and cash. He can also be seen talking to someone - possibly Moss - on a mobile phone while he gets high. Last night a source close to the model said: "Kate is understandably livid about these pictures. That they were taken just two days after their special commitment ceremony simply adds insult to injury. "Of course Kate still loves Pete and vice-versa but she's a clever woman and knows that she has got to put her career first. Kate needs to start looking after herself - or at least be seen to be doing so - and has been strongly advised to take some time off from Pete. "This means not getting herself photographed with him and certainly no raucous nights out - at least until the fuss has all died down a bit." Her decision comes amid increasing pressure for her to clean up her act, and less than 18 months after she was apparently pictured snorting cocaine in a London recording studio. There are also rumours that the Croydon-born model is about to be dropped as the face of Rimmel cosmetics because her party-loving lifestyle has made her look 'old'. Earlier this week Moss accompanied Doherty to a London rehabilitation clinic. It is not thought, however, that she is having any treatment herself. The latest pictures of him come less than a year after he avoided jail despite pleading guilty to seven charges of drug possession. Instead he was sentenced to a year of rehabilitation and ordered to undergo monthly drug tests. Last night Peter Stoker, from the National Drugs Prevention Alliance, accused magistrates of being too soft on the singer. He said: "Peter Doherty clearly has his own problems but what concerns us more is that he's encouraging other people to develop their own drug problems in the future and that can't be right. "He should have been required by the courts to attend residential rehab - not for just a few weeks but for several months - to help him live his life more healthily and less destructively." Pete Doherty has been photographed apparently injecting himself with cocaine during his Thai holiday with Kate Moss. Photographs of the troubled Babyshambles frontman sitting on a bed strewn with syringes, spoons and British, US and Thai banknotes, have been published by Britain's The Sun newspaper. In one picture he is seen checking a syringe and in another he appears toinject himself with what is alleged to be cocaine. Pete, 27, is seen talking on a mobile phone in the photographs, allegedly to an anxious Kate asking where he was and what he was doing.The photographs are said to be taken from a video made two days after Pete and Kate's Buddhist blessing ceremony - during their New Year's holiday on the island of Phuket. Australian backpacker Jess Lea, 21, says she invited Pete back to her room in a Thai hostel for a party with her two female roommates. Pete agreed and Lea claims he injected himself with cocaine at least three times between 1.30am and 4am. Lea says she asked Pete if reports were true that he had married Kate. She told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "Pete said, 'No, I love her but Iwouldn't marry her if she was the last woman on Earth. She's too paranoid."Pete then asked Lea if he could use her mobile phone to phone Kate. Lea said: "Pete kept telling us Kate was paranoid and wanted to know where he was and who the girls he was with were. He kept telling her there were no girls."She did seem quite pissed off. He was constantly pleading, 'What's wrong? I love you'. After the conversation his mood changed. He was quite upset."Lea admits she began to panic about having drugs in the room and asked Pete to leave - but he couldn't remember where his hotel was. She finally managed to get him out of the hostel and put him in a taxi. Pete and Kate reportedly had an argument the following day and the 33-year-old supermodel ordered him to return to Britain.The couple are currently attending a London rehab clinic in a bid to help Pete beat his drug addiction.
