MEXICAN BOUNTY PUT OUT ON 'DOG THE DOUNTY HUNTER' DUANE CHAPMAN

'DOG THE BOUNTY HUNTER'

EXCLUSIVE !
Times Square Gossip has learned that a Mexican Hit has been put out on the life of A&E star Duane Chapman from the hit show 'Dog The Bounty Hunter' . According to our source, Chapman along with his wife Beth, were in Las Vegas when they got word of the alleged plot. Bounty Hunters from California were called in to do security for the Chapman Family who are fighting with the Mexican government about extradition back to there to face charges of 'deprivation of liberty' from his capture of Max Factor heir and convicted rapist Andrew Luster in Mexico 2003. He was allegedly taken across the border by Chapman to face charges. That's the same case for which Chapman is facing charges of illegal detention and conspiracy in Mexico. The source told us "They are scared for their lives". Though there is no word on who put the Hit contract out on the Dog, this would be the best way for the Mexican Government to save face as there is outrage in the Unites States over Mexico's demand that the U.S. turns him over. Meanwhile legal fees for the Chapman's continue to rise. You can help by donating to the address below or writing your Senator, Congressman or Governor.

DOG THE BOUNTY HUNTER 'DUANE CHAPMAN' TO BE EXTRADITED TO MEXICO

The Chapmans Arrest James Edstrom Last Year

A Mexican court has cleared the way for television bounty hunter and Colorado native Duane "Dog" Chapman to be extradited from Hawaii. A spokeswoman for the second district court in Guadalajara said the court rejected Chapman's injunction request, ruling there's no reason not to try him with deprivation of liberty. Chapman is a Denver native who attracted national attention when he captured Max Factor heir and convicted rapist Andrew Luster in Mexico 2003. He was allegedly taken across the border by Chapman to face charges. That's the same case for which Chapman is facing charges of illegal detention and conspiracy in Mexico. Chapman now lives in Hawaii where his reality television series is shot. Last October, Colorado Rep. Tom Tancredo said he and 28 other members of Congress had written to Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, asking her to deny Chapman's extradition. Chapman faces up to four years in a Mexican jail if convicted.

'DOG THE BOUNTY HUNTER' SUED AGAIN

The Chapmans Arrest James Edstrom Recently

A woman has sued Duane "Dog" Chapman, alleging that a member of the TV bounty hunter's team threw her down a flight of stairs and broke her back while her boyfriend was being apprehended. The lawsuit was filed on behalf of Audrey Emery and seeks unspecified damages. Two other plaintiffs, including the boyfriend, seek damages from the bounty-hunting team in the same lawsuit. Emery accuses an associate of Duane Chapman of injuring her at her Pearl City apartment on Jan. 26, 2005 in the course of arresting Stuart Calistro and filming for the A&E reality series "Dog the Bounty Hunter." "They're filming this TV segment and she is upset because you have these thugs breaking into her apartment and she doesn't want them in there, so they decide the convenient thing is to throw her down the stairs," Emery's attorney Richard Turbin said Thursday. Duane Chapman and his wife, Beth, released a statement saying their family has become a "target of frivolous lawsuits and publicity seeking attorneys." "We pride ourselves in making sure that everything we do is within the bounds of the law and we are confident that we did so in this case," he said. "The videotape in the television show itself demonstrates that the charges against us are baseless." Meanwhile, Chapman is waiting for a ruling by a Mexican judge about his pending extradition in a criminal case there. The 53-year-old reality star, currently free on $300,000 bond, has been charged under Mexican law with "deprivation of liberty" for his June 2003 capture of fugitive convicted rapist Andrew Luster, the Max Factor heir, in Puerto Vallarta. His publicist said a decision is expected by Tuesday.
