Jennifer Garner says husband Ben Affleck is their daughter's favourite parent.The 'Alias' actress - who is rumored to be pregnant with the couple's second child - has revealed Ben is like a big "teddy bear" when he is around 16-month-old Violet and the tot loves playing with him. She said in an interview with In Style magazine: "Violet prefers him to anyone. He's a teddy bear of a guy. Nothing makes me happier than to see the two of them together and her little hands on his face."Jennifer, 35, insists Ben, also 35, is her dream guy, because not only is he amazingly attractive but he is also a fantastic father and husband. She added: "You know how as a kid you picture yourself with a tall, handsome husband, and you imagine him cuddling your baby? Ben is that guy."Earlier this week, Jennifer was reportedly seen leaving a doctor's office sporting a clearly visible baby bump. A source said: "She was very happy and glowing. She touched her stomach for a moment. She looked pregnant."

A source told National Enquirer magazine: "Jennifer came in and bought a collection of sexy little numbers including two black bustiers."She pointed to her breasts and giggled as she told the sales girl, 'I wanted to take advantage of my baby biscuits while I've still got them!' "Jennifer, 34, recently revealed how disappointed she was when she realised she would have to work out to get rid of her baby weight. She said: "I thought it would melt off because it had with so many of my friends. My sisters were thinner after they had their babies than before."So while I was waiting for it to melt off, I was eating all these muffins and cookies and drinking beer. Finally I realised that I wasn't going to get thinner magically - I had to do it. So I got back on the treadmill."

But I need to work a little bit before I go back into that."Last year, I worked for just five months, where as in the five years previously I probably took one month off altogether."However, the 34-year-old star doesn't believe she should work as hard at being a mother. She added: "When Violet was born I had to remind myself that even though I'd worked so hard on acting and with such single-mindedness, I should not try to devote that much effort to her."It wouldn't necessarily be good for her."Jennifer has also confessed she cries more now that she is a mother.The actress believes the experience has made her more caring. She said: "Since I became a mother, I cry more because I care about things more."I can't watch a movie where something happens to a child. And I've always cared about global warming and breast cancer, but now there seems to be an urgency about them."

Jennifer Garner dropped a diamond ring given to her by husband Ben Affleck down a drain.The 'Catch and Release' star was given the expensive rock by her husband after she gave birth to their one-year-old daughter Violet, but almost lost it when it accidentally fell off. In an interview on US TV show 'Live With Regis and Kelly', Jennifer said:"He gave me this beautiful diamond ring and I was playing with it and it fell off. It fell under this ice maker in the house - Ben hasn't even heard of this yet - and it fell into the drain under this ice maker."The plumber had to come and dismantle the thing from under the house. And he found it. Ben doesn't even know about this! I should have warned him."The 34-year-old actress got the ring back without her husband knowing how it was almost lost, as she was flashing the sparkler at the premiere of her new film 'Catch and Release' with Kevin Smith. Ben, also 34, and Jennifer were married in June 2005.

Jennifer Garner battled to lose her post-baby weight for the Golden Globes.The actress - who gave birth to daughter Violet last year - admits she struggled to fit into the white beaded gown she wore to the awards ceremony on Monday. She revealed: "Losing the baby weight took me a long, long time. I just wasn't that motivated. I wanted to play with Violet. To slow down and go at her pace has been such a gift."Then I got on the treadmill, stopped stuffing my face and lost the weight. I cut out croissants, bagels and muffins - all the good stuff. And went back to having a salad once a day and protein."Jennifer - who is married to Ben Affleck - says she finds it difficult to go anywhere without Violet but insists Ben is a good father.The 34-year-old said: "He does a good job. I mean, OK, maybe I wrote out what he was supposed to make for her to eat today while I was gone. But that's just me being paranoid. He's great - he can do it.
