Britney Spears has denied she's had liposuction.The 'Toxic' singer was rumored to have had the treatment in Las Vegas on Monday to get her figure in shape for her pop comeback. Britney's representative has denied the claims.The star stayed at the luxurious Wynn resort with a girlfriend and several bodyguards. Britney visited the pool on Monday but she stayed out of sight for most ofthe time in a cabana. She then dined on sushi at Nobu in the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, wearing an auburn bobbed wig, a straw cowboy hat and large sunglasses. Meanwhile, Britney's relationship with her manager Larry Rudolph is said to be on the rocks again. Britney and Larry parted ways shortly after she married Kevin Federline, but were reunited after she filed for divorce. Rudolph encouraged her to go to rehab and allegedly ordered her friends not to take her calls on the night she shaved her head. A source told Us Weekly magazine: "There is tension. He's been trying to gether help, and she doesn't feel she needs it."It is tough love."

Britney Spears spent her first weekend as a new divorcee in Las Vegas, dining with close friends. The fallen pop superstar finalized her divorce from rapper Kevin Federline last week and took off to Sin City for a low-key weekend. The post-rehab Spears dined at Tao Asian Bistro on Saturday night with two female friends, and made it clear her partying days are over -- even in Las Vegas. A fellow diner who spotted the party says, "Britney was dressed casual, wearing a light coat, hat and blonde wig. She and her friends ate vegetable dumplings, hot edamame, a California roll, and they split a wasabi filet. "This wasn't a wild night out. Britney drank Pepsi and the girls were in and out in about an hour. Britney seemed very happy."

MICHAEL JACKSON DEAL COULD NET 500 MILLION FOR THE JACKSON FIVE REUNION

Michael Jackson's reunion with the Jackson Five could earn him $500 million.The group - who last regularly performed together 23 years ago - are set to earn a fortune from playing 250 Las Vegas concerts over three years. A world tour, a best-of album, two new tracks, merchandise and product endorsements have also been discussed.The band - comprising of Tito, Marlon, Jackie, Michael and Jermaine - are currently in talks with producer Jack Wishna, who was responsible for Celine Dion's shows in Caesar's Palace. A source told Britain's Daily Mail newspaper: "The rest of the family were offered a deal to reform - for a much smaller payday - and told if they got Michael on board, the figure would skyrocket. The deal being thrashed out now is astronomical."However, it has not been easy convincing Michael to return to the group. He has reportedly made a series of outlandish demands regarding his Las Vegas move.The source added: "He has been requesting all sorts of additions, like finding a secure high-walled home for himself and his children in Nevada for the duration of the Las Vegas concerts."Rumors are also rife a Jackson Five theme park, museum, casino and hotel could be in the pipeline.The Jackson family's attorney Brian Oxman confirmed the band were in talks, but insisted the figures being discussed were "totally preliminary". Michael, 49, has estimated debts of 400 million. He was acquitted of 10 counts of child molestation in December 2003 and has since lived as a recluse.

CARMEN ELECTRA HEADING TO LAS VEGAS

Carmen Electra is to star in a sexy show on the Las Vegas strip, it has been reported.The model-and-actress will star in a magic and variety show with Dutch magician Hans Klok at the new Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino from May12. A source told Us Weekly magazine: "Carmen will sing and dance in the show. She will be doing what she loves to do most."Representatives for the former 'Baywatch' star and Planet Hollywood have so far refused to comment. Meanwhile, Carmen, 34, has confessed she doesn't like signing nude pictures of herself. The 'Scary Movie' star happily autographed pictures for fans as she left Hollywood restaurant Mr Chow on Monday night , but stopped signing when presented with a naked photograph of herself. Carmen - who has appeared nude in the pages of Playboy magazine - said: "I feel weird signing nude!"
