The 'Mean Girls' star - who is currently in Japan for a fashion shoot - is said to be more than just friends with DJ Samantha Ronson, who has accompanied her on her trip. Former publicist Jonathan Jaxson wrote in his blog at jonathanjaxson.blogspot.com: "Lindsay actually has always been quite open. Maybe she was tired of the boys and that is why she decided to spice it up with BFF (best friend forever) Samantha Ronson. "Now I would have no bad things to say about either if Samantha wasn't deeply involved in alcohol and drugs. Not the best influence for a rehabbed Lindsay Lohan." Jaxson claims Lindsay and Samantha's fledgling same-sex romance has been confirmed by his sources. Lindsay, 20, arrives in London next month to begin shooting 'The Best Time of Our Lives' - a biopic about the love life of poet Dylan Thomas - alongside Keira Knightley.

British singer Lily Allen has launched an astonishing drunken rant during a concert in San Diego, Calif., calling George W. Bush a "[bleep]" and claiming she is "probably bisexual." The 21-year-old turned angry after guzzling beer and cider onstage during her performance at the city's House of Blues last week. "She then started calling Bush names and the audience went a bit quiet. She also said that San Diego has the best crack whores she has ever seen and that she was thinking of becoming a lesbian." The singer has hinted she is considering quitting her U.S. tour -- an attempt to crack the lucrative Stateside market -- because she's bored.
