Actor Luke Wilson has subtly hinted the rumored romance between his brother Owen Wilson and Kate Hudson is for real, after telling one magazine the actress is "a very nice girl." Wilson and Hudson have spent months refusing to confirm or deny reports they're dating, but Luke tells People magazine his brother is "very happy" with the romance. It seems the couple aren't hiding their love for each other anymore -- diners in Santa Monica, Calif., watched the pair make out during a recent meal out. One witness says, "From the second they walked in, they were all over each other. Kate even sat on his lap to give him kisses." Single mom Hudson split from her husband, rocker Chris Robinson, last summer.

Owen Wilson has flown to Australia to be with Kate Hudson, it has been alleged.The couple - who have previously denied they are dating - met on the set of romantic comedy 'You, Me and Dupree' and were seen together on several occasions after Hudson filed for divorce from rocker Chris Robinson shortly after the film was released last autumn.Wilson has now spent a week in Australia with the 'Almost Famous' actress who is filming her latest movie 'Fool's Gold' with Matthew McConaughey in Queensland. However, a source on set in Australia said: "Kate had a very close, friendlyr elationship with the paparazzi on set, but she changed her tune earlier this week. There was a five-day period when she requested no photographers. Her people even threatened to get the police on them if they didn't leave her alone."

However, Kate's lawyer has dismissed the story, saying: "Your source is not credible, as the reported allegations are all untrue. All matters involving Ms. Hudson's and Chris Robinson's separation and custody matters are private matters upon which we will not comment other than to report that they have all been mutually and amicably agreed upon."
