Sharon Osbourne, known to U.S. audiences as talk show host and Ozzy`s wife, is replacing singer Brandy on NBC`s 'America`s Got Talent.' Sharon and Ozzy opened their home to audiences on MTV`s 'The Osbournes.' She also had a short-lived syndicated talk show.Osbourne joins 'Baywatch' lifeguard David Hasselhoff and journalist Piers Morgan as judges for the Simon Cowell-produced show`s second season, which premieres May 29, Variety said. Osbourne is a judge on the British talent competition, 'The X-Factor,' also produced by Cowell. Talk show icon Jerry Springer also replaces Regis Philbin as the host of the much awaited show.

Now she looks grotesque - it's so sad."Michael Douglas, who has also had cosmetic surgery, was targeted by Sharon. The mother-of-three - who has admitted to spending a fortune on surgery -said: "That's another terrible face job. Poor c***." A spokesperson for Sharon, the wife of rocker Ozzy, has defended her comments, saying: "It was fun gossip, meant tongue-in-cheek. The comments were taken out of context."

Sir Elton John threw an elaborate 40s-themed fancy dress party on to celebrate his impending 60th birthday.The flamboyant singer - who shared the night with photographer friend Sam Taylor Wood who celebrated her 40th birthday - arrived at London's Shoreditch Town Hall dressed as a World War II military officer.He was accompanied by partner David Furnish, who had donned a US Marine uniform. A host of stars were invited, including Kate Moss, Sir Paul McCartney and daughter Stella, Elle Macpherson, Hugh Grant, Sting, Kelly Osbourne and Daniel Craig - who looked dapper in a brown pinstripe 40s suit, complete with trilby hat. Guests sipped vintage champagne and dined on lobster and chicken. They were also treated to mini-birthday cakes topped with initials of the birthday girl and boy.The highlight of the evening was when 'East Enders' star Barbara Windsor burst out of a huge cake on stage dressed as a pink fairy to sing 'Happy Birthday'.The glamorous event was just a warm-up for Elton's extravagant 60th New York birthday bash later this month. The singer, who hits the milestone age on March 25, has been planning the party for two years.

Kelly Osbourne thinks her mother Sharon has taken her plastic surgery too far. Sharon has had several cosmetic procedures - including a face lift, tummy tuck, neck lift and a boob job - and has regular Botox injections, but her daughter thinks it makes her look odd sometimes. Kelly told Britain's The Times newspaper: "Sometimes mom has gone too far with the Restylane and Botox and ended up looking extremely surprised."The first time she had plastic surgery she didn't know how to explain it to us kids - we've got big mouths and she didn't want us to go around saying, 'Mommy's had a facelift', so she told us she was in an accident. Kelly, the daughter of notorious rocker Ozzy Osbourne, claims she got hooked on prescription drugs in 2004 because of the self-imposed pressures ofc oming from a rock 'n' roll family. She told Britain's Daily Mail newspaper: "I pretty much became what people expected me to be. It made me really unhappy. I fed into that 'Kelly Osbourne - sex, drugs and rock 'n' roll daughter of Ozzy Osbourne' thing. You know, 'She's a bitch, she's a handful.' I was like, 'If they think I'm like that, I might as well be.'"The 22-year-old star insists she finally managed to clean up her act after getting older and wiser. She said: "My parents let me grow up. They let me make mistakes and then pay for them. I was very sheltered during 'The Osbournes'. But I became so horrible to people I had to change."
