A show insider told Britain's Star magazine: "We think she's full of herself and not very nice. She's very picky, demanding and rude. And she was mean to the assistants, too."She waltzes around with her icy attitude. People will walk up to her and say, 'Welcome to America', or, 'Good luck with the move', and she doesn't even stop to talk to them."The show is designed to make her a star in the States, but she's dreaming if she thinks that's going to happen. Four of the five Spice Girls were reunited yesterday for the christening of Geri Halliwell's daughter Bluebell Madonna. Emma Bunton, Mel C and Victoria Beckham all attended the service, at North London's Parish Church of St Michael, to see the 11-month-old be christened.The only Spice Girl missing was Mel B, who lives in Los Angeles and recently gave birth to a baby girl, Fortuna Daphne Bay. Geri, 34, dressed in a figure-hugging pale blue dress, beamed as she proudly showed off her daughter to the 100 guests at the Highgate village church. Socialite Lady Victoria Hervey, one of many celebrity guests, said: "It wasa lovely service. Geri looked stunning. It was good to see so many of the Spice Girls back together and getting on so well."'Little Britain' TV star David Walliams also attended. However, there was no sign of Bluebell's father Hollywood scriptwriter Sacha Gervasi.Victoria - who attended without husband David - brought her sons, while Emma showed off her heavily-pregnant frame in a black mini dress. Security guards had been hired to hold back the crowds of onlookers who had gathered outside the church.The service was followed by a private party for VIP guests, believed to have taken place at Geri's London home.

'SPICE GIRL' GERI HALLIWELL WRITES SERIES OF CHILDRENS BOOKS

Geri Halliwell has written a series of children's books inspired by ex-Spice Girls bandmate Victoria Beckham. Geri's tales feature a nine-year-old girl who bears a striking resemblance to her creator, as well as a princess called Posh Vatoria.The series follows a school girl called Ugenia Lavender, who shares Geri's red hair and striking blue eyes, and has a talent for solving mysteries. She describes Ugenia as "flawed, demanding and obnoxious" but adds that she"cares about the world she lives in". Posh Vatoria, created with Victoria's blessing, intimidates the flame-haired heroine in one story by arriving at a party in a limousine. Geri said: "She was very flattered and I hope she is going to read the books to her boys. I have only cast people if it is authentic to the story. Idon't know if the other Spice Girls will be in there."Geri, 34, started writing the book while pregnant with 11-month-old daughter Bluebell Madonna. Her decision to follow the path of other star children's authors Madonna and Will Smith doesn't signal the end of Geri's music career though. She plans to record a theme song in conjunction with her books. Books will hit shelves each month, starting in May 2008, up until October.

Former Spice Girl Melanie Brown, has given birth to a girl in a California hospital, her publicist said on Tuesday. The girl, Brown's second child, was born at 12:11 a.m. local time on Monday at St John's Hospital in Santa Monica. "The baby is completely healthy with a good head of hair. No name has been decided on yet, and she is purely known as Baby Brown," the publicist added in a statement.Mother and baby were now resting but face a looming paternity battle. Brown says Hollywood actor Eddie Murphy is the father, a claim he disputes. Brown, who performed under the name Mel B and was nicknamed Scary Spice, already has an 8-year-old daughter, Phoenix Chi, by ex-husband Jimmy Gulzar.
